We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within one business day*, pending authorization
and verification of your credit card. Orders shipping to the contiguous United States
and Hawaii normally arrive within 7 to 10 business days, excluding holidays. We
ship by U.S. Priority Mail or by Federal Express.
We also offer expedited shipping
options, see chart below for pricing. Orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. (EST) for
all expedited shipping options.

Canadian Orders
Your order will be shipped within 3 business day (subject to stock availability and credit card verification). Orders shipping to Canada normally arrive in Canadian Customs within 10 business days and will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service. All items must be shipped together. Canadian shipping charge is $34.00 USD, which includes all duties and taxes.
By ordering goods on this website, you hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs
broker chosen on your behalf to act as your agent, and to transact business with
Canada Border Security Agency (CBSA) to clear your merchandise, account for
applicable duties and taxes, and if required, to return the merchandise to the merchant
and to prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise that is
returned. In the event of a return, CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that
were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker and you will obtain the refund
directly from us. In this connection, you also authorize the customs broker to endorse
any refund cheque issued by CBSA in your name, so that we may process the
reimbursement.
International Orders
We ship to the following international locations: Japan, Switzerland, Scotland,
Bermuda, Italy, Germany, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, France, and Ireland.
Your order will be shipped within 1 business day (subject to stock availability
and credit card verification). International orders are shipped to arrive in Customs
within 3 to 5 business days. Recipient is responsible for all applicable duties
and taxes. No P.O. Boxes.
