Hot CocoaSilky Smooth Hot Cocoa Method:  
1. Put milk into a microwave-safe container and cook on High in microwave for 2 minutes. Mix in chocolate, sugar, and cinnamon. In a small bowl, whisk an egg until smooth, then mix it into the chocolate mixture.

2. Return to microwave and cook on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until foamy (be careful not to let it boil.) Whisk until smooth and pour into 3 mugs. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.


Blackberry PuffsBlackberry Puffs Method:  
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. On floured surface roll out pastry to 10-by-12 inch rectangle. Trim edges with sharp knife and cut pastry into eight 3-by-5 inch pieces. Place pastries on large baking sheet and refrigerate until firm, about 15 min.

3. Transfer sheet to oven and bake until puffed & golden brown, 12 to 15 min. Let cool, split horizontally.

4. In a bowl, mash blackberries and sugar just until juicy. (Can sub chunky preserves of choice). Spread mascarpone on pastry bottoms, top with 1 T honey, blackberry mixture (or preserves) and pastry tops.


Breakfast Bread PuddingBreakfast Bread Pudding Method:  
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Break bread into small pieces into an 8 inch square baking pan. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over bread. If desired, sprinkle with raisins.

3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped.


Pumpkin Silk PiePumpkin Silk Pie Method:  
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth.

2. Add pumpkin, spices, and vanilla. Beat 2 more minutes.

3. By hand, gently fold in whipped topping.

4. Spread filling into a prepared and cooled pie crust.

5. Top with pecans (optional).

6. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.


Italian BeefItalian Beef Sandwiches Method:  
1. Place meat in slow cooker, add entire jar of peppers and juices.

2. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, until meat is falling apart. Shred with forks and serve on crusty rolls.


Mac 'N CheeseHearty Slow Cooker Mac 'N Cheese Method:  
1. Coat inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.

2. In large bowl, beat eggs with fresh & evaporated milks. Mix in uncooked macaroni, 3 cups cheddar, and salt & pepper. Transfer to slow cooker, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

3. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Do not stir or remove lid while cooking.


Baked OatmealBaked Oatmeal Method:  
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In large bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Beat in milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir in dried fruit.

3. Spread in 9 x 13 baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
