Returns and Exchanges
Return any unsatisfactory purchase to us within 90 days, and we'll promptly
exchange it or issue a refund. Simply follow the guidelines on the packing slip
enclosed with your order. (If returning a gift, please include buyer's name and
address, and how you'd like us to handle your return.) We do not accept C.O.D.
packages. Shipping and Processing charges are non-refundable. Mail all returned
packages to WinterSilks Returns Dept., 11711 Marco Beach Drive, Jacksonville,

Gift Boxing
Let WinterSilks deliver your presents for you! You may choose to send your
gifts in our special holiday gift box. If you wish, we'll also include a card
with your personalized message. Your purchases will be shipped in a single box
for a flat fee of $3.95, per destination. Instructions for gift boxing will be

resolution. If you can see our site without scrolling to the right, your
monitor is already set to 800x600. However, if you can only see about 80%
of the page and need to scroll to the right to see the rest, then your
resolution is set to 640x480.

Zone Alarm® Help:
To use our site with Zone Alarm® installed on your computer, you will need to
turn off the 'Pop up/Pop down' feature. To turn this off, please follow these
steps:
1. Open the Zone Alarm® program
2. Click on 'Privacy' in the left side menu
3. Click the 'Site List' tab at the top of the program
4. Find www.wintersilks.com in the list and right click on the name
5. Select 'Options' from the list
6. Click on the 'Add Blocking' tab at the top of the window
7. If 'Pop up/Pop down' is checked, disable this by clicking on the
box.
8. Click the 'Apply' button at the bottom and then click the 'OK'
button
9. Close the Zone Alarm® program
