I’m often asked what my objectives are for our company. Quite simply put, I want to make the world a warmer place. Literally taken, that means keeping people warm with our silk long johns, layering pieces, and sweaters. However, I also strive to keep customers warm figuratively, no matter the temperature. I hope you feel warmed by the quality of our products, by the customer service you receive, and by your overall experience with our company.
The warm spring winds and hot summer sun prompt a sort of contemplation on my part; a reflection of where we’ve been and where we’re going as a company. Although cold weather silk is our foundation, I’m proud that we, as silk experts, have grown to offer so much more. Our lightweight silk fashions make perfect spring and summertime apparel, be it for traveling or enjoying a barbecue with family and friends. So, with all this in mind, I wonder if a company name change would more accurately describe what we do, from shielding you in cold weather to providing lightweight, easy-going, summertime silk.
